      Pros

      I love my coworkers, nurse manager, and director of nursing. I also appreciate how well Curawest is organized. The nurse staffing ratios are excellent, and the company (Guardian) gives holiday and nurses week bonuses! I am only part-time now, so I can't speak to the benefits, but I am very happy at Curawest.

      Cons

      Working in substance use can be difficult due to the weight of the work. Management is supportive in making sure employee's take care of their mental and physical health.
