The people are amazing, kind, and very fun! Get to work with people with lots of interesting backgrounds. The engineering team is very supportive. You can work remote.

Pros

Fantastic company culture with many opportunities to move up the ladder. Coworkers are friendly, despite working from home I still feel close to and engaged with my colleagues. The leadership team is diverse, accessible, and easy to talk to. Great benefits and perks. Most importantly, coworkers and leadership are grounded and mission-driven, and it feels good to build a meaningful product together.
