Pros

Curana has a great team. Everyone is so hands on and here to help you through any challenges. I have met almost everyone in a leadership position and all of their hearts are in the right place. They truly want what’s best for senior living residents.

Cons

I haven’t experienced any cons working at Curana. I wish there were more people on my team who lived near me to help with collaboration, but other than that it’s great!

Cons

Hours arent really flexible, you will be asked to stay overtime or attend events with just a few hours notice. Management will stalk you even if you are up to date on metrics. Money driven company
