Pros

Work Life balance is easy. Love working remote and have a wonderful team to work with. In my department there are no micro managers, you are trusted to perform your job duties without hoovering, but if needed they are just a click or phone call away.

Cons

Communication is the only thing I can think of. There are times when somethings just don't make it all the way down the pipeline to the ones who need to know.

One of the secrets of our successful company is open and honest communication. People work seamlessly because proper coordination exists. Everyone ensures the people involved are updated. It’s also great that our managers excel at regularly updating us about what’s happening. Teamwork is real here!
