      Pros

      At this company, they are constantly teaching new things to improve quality of care. They invest in their employees & give nurse practitioners a chance to grow. There is an entire team providing support to you and have a lot of leadership opportunities. Most importantly, they value their employees & promote work life balance as the most important thing! I have never worked for such a great company. Recommend to everyone. Plan your job around life, not your life around your job!

      Pros

      The only pros is remote work.

      Cons

      Management in the credentialing department played a lot of favoritism and manager was given the credentialing manager role because she knew the person even though they did not have any experience in "credentialing".
