      Pros

      The only pros is remote work.

      Cons

      Management in the credentialing department played a lot of favoritism and manager was given the credentialing manager role because she knew the person even though they did not have any experience in "credentialing".

      nothing really at all positive

      Lots of driving, the EMR is very cumbersome and you must also learn the EMR of every site that you go to, they really push you to see patients even when their is no clear reason as to why you need to see them so often they will tell you that it's to help keep patient out of the hospital but I didn't really see that at all. The long term care facilities really got to me. These places do not really want to treat these patient. They want little treatment for maximum profit. Imagine being told to never order sliding scale insulin for a diabetic patient because the facility "doesn't like it". I would steer clear of this company.
