I'm able to directly impact the bottom line and encouraged to bring my thoughts to the table. The professional casual environment is great, and you can enjoy working hard in a relaxed environment. There is also great team collaboration, where people are able to learn from each other based on experiences along the way. Favorite thing: You don't get stuck in mundane day-to-day activities and the company growth is always exciting!

Before coming to Curate, I had worked as a creative/marketing consultant for a variety of different companies and was offered the opportunity to join several of them but none of them had quite the team culture as Curate. It's awesome to come into work each day, surrounded by some of the most brilliant minds in the industry who are energized and really wanting to make a difference in the lives of Curate customers. Every day brings an opportunity to learn something new and grow in ways you never knew were possible. PLUS it's a family friendly office, personalized vacation time is a great bonus, and senior management is super awesome and always wanting to pour into each team member.
