Pros

You are provided equipment to work remotely, benefits are ok, but expensive if you add dependents, lots of additional options (AFLAC, SD/LD, 401k with 4% company match). More paid holidays than a typical workplace, but PTO is limited and not accrued until after probation.

Cons

Work environment is extremely toxic, loaded with instability, and has a severe lack of policy and protocol. The ND SVP sits back while he snows the C-Suite and collects a hefty paycheck. His self-titled VP's are well protected yet unproductive and unhinged mentally. No support or investment in their employees. You will be expected to learn unfamiliar software and platforms on your own to be successful and meet weekly expectations. You will be subjected to random, unnecessary audits by the Sr. Director aka self-titled VP in an effort to deflect from her lack of productivity as far as contracting goes. You are disposable and they will terminate your employment before their ridiculously long 120-day probationary period without cause. They use you until your resources dry up. PAY ATTENTION TO THE CONTRACT THEY ASK YOU TO SIGN. It's one sided and not for your benefit at all. They have a "no expectation of privacy" policy and will make you download an app to your personal cell so that they have total control if you use it in any fashion to make work calls. Request a work phone!! Turnover is high for only being in the health plan market since 2022. Public shaming is permitted internally on the social platform, which is very unprofessional and probably a violation of rights. HR works for Curative, not the employees. Remember that when you accept a job offer from this company. Oh, and you'll be expected to join a daily companywide call that could go well into the evening depending on your time zone since it originates from the Founders time zone in CA..

Pros

The individuals who ran the lab were great

Cons

The CEO does not know what he is doing. He came into the building told us we were the future of the company, within a month we got a layoff notice.
