We recognize that as our company has evolved quickly, our ability to offer management and leadership skill development has not occurred at the same pace. In addition to recent training that was launched over the past couple of months, we will continue to assess what our needs are and address skill gaps accordingly. In addition, when reduced hours or layoffs are necessary, we have strived to make the transition as smooth as possible inclusive of extending additional compensation and benefits to those affected, when possible.

      Pros

      Free Meal The pay is pretty good Some coworkers are cool Cold Air Conditioning Lots of Snacks Location is not bad

      Cons

      Management is awful They laid off employees, but then started rehiring all of them again. They got the severance plus getting their job back. Management gave each other bonuses while layoffs were happening. You will not be treated as a person, literally another warm body for a place that has no respect for you DO NOT WORK HERE

      Good temporary workplace but toxic as hell

      Very good place to work for money and easy work for the most part.

      Cons

      Toxic management and higher ups who didn't know what they were doing. Then again, it's a start up.
