Thanks for sharing your experience. We never want you to feel like there aren't opportunities for advancement. We are committed to career growth for all of our Curative employees. As a company that has only been around for 18 months, we are still setting up our processes to allow employees to grow themselves as we continue to grow our business. We are planning to have follow-up performance reviews in Sep 2021 for those who had initial reviews in Feb 2021. Also, effective Jan/Feb 2022, our new performance management system will help facilitate establishing goals, allow better tracking of progress made on those goals, and help support the communication process leading towards opportunities for growth. Finally, on an ongoing basis, we encourage employees and managers to keep an open dialogue regarding performance expectations.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We recognize that as our company has evolved quickly, our ability to offer management and leadership skill development has not occurred at the same pace. In addition to recent training that was launched over the past couple of months, we will continue to assess what our needs are and address skill gaps accordingly.
