They made employees juggle impossible demands!

Pros

I never want to deal with another company like this one again!

Cons

We'd start with a clear plan, then clients would come in with these outrageous last-minute changes. Management just rolled over and say "yes sir" every time, leaving me to scramble and rework entire projects on the fly.

I wish there was something good to say, but I find everything negative!!

Cons

We are terribly powerless over upper management who makes the decisions on everything! The CEO's awful distrust on employees was a big factor that demotivates us because it's awfully insulting!!
