Pros
Parent company (ChenMed) mission and purpose. One of the early founders in value based healthcare.
Cons
IT leaders do not practice what they preach and often pivot and order take from chen family leaders when it's counterproductive to company goals. Execs and sr. Leaders lack the experience and fortitude to take this company to the next level. The tech is outdated, disjointed and difficult to work with, combined with lack of coordination across teams, makes for an unstable and very poor user experience that has no scale and no ability to be sold externally.

Pros
The atmosphere among colleagues is very good, the work is productive and there is good flexibility in hours.
Cons
They cut staff very often, you constantly feel the pressure that you will be fired for any mistake, and if you have a problem with a boss you are fired even when any situation can be clarified or resolved.
