      A company figuring out what it wants to be

      Pros

      Pay is good. Very good benefits. Lots of opportunity for people who are self-motivated. Roles are very loosely defined, so you can make your job what you want of it.

      Cons

      It is basically a brand new company - two companies merged together in 2022 and has gone through constant change since. Communication is poor so there are constant surprises. Leadership fails to provide a cohesive vision and instead puts a lot of pressure on employees to burn themselves out working on the shiny object of the moment. It's fine as long as you're the type of person that can enforce personal boundaries.
