      It is one of the best place to work . This university gives you various research opportunities plus environment for self growth too. An individual can grow personally as well as professionally. Salary is always on time without any delay plus various schemes to help faculty financially.

      Pros

      - Writing this during the quarantine to let you know how grateful I am for the owner of our company. I am sure he is nervous for business -- as everyone probably is -- yet he is still doing everything he can to make us feel comfortable. - We have a lot of freedom to create things we want to create. I have so many great opportunities and get to see my work get put into action and make a difference.

      Cons

      - We all wear a lot of hats and it can get overwhelming but I don't think I've ever had a job that wasn't like this. It is all very rewarding.
