Jconnect guys are pathetic ,they dont value your efforts and work they take best out of you ,make business and through you out when u need them. In current situation of covid they thrown employees out of the company, seniors and juniors,,,only fav candidates and leads kept for work. Everyone plays a game here and take decisions based on others influence, if a company wants a cost cutting they can hold 1 HR among 2 HR's in the offc instead of removing the other fruitful resources. A lead work for MNC's treat employees as garbage, many emp been thrown out and they joined IDC, you can check. He try to touch to girls privately and when they speakup, he abuse. And thats y company saves him and affraid of him. No trust and faith on management and few people now.
