Till now I haven't experienced any cons here.

I have been working in 3SC Solutions for about 8 months now. I have handled both Design and Development projects. The work culture here is professional. Both peers and seniors are very supportive. Work-life culture is very well maintained. Best part, we have training sessions as well to enhance our knowledge.
