Pros

I have been working with SirionLabs for 6 months. It has been a great experience so far. It’s a fast-growing company and a wonderful place to work. There are endless opportunities to explore and advance your career. Management treats you like a person, not an employee. That's reflected in the benefits and how management approaches employees, no yelling and screaming about challenges, just collaboration, and ideas. They truly care about each individual, welcome creativity, and lead by example. The best part is the work culture, flexible working hours, extremely vibrant, and people-centric. Diversified with people working together in harmony from different backgrounds and geographies. Training processes are great and really help people to feel comfortable in each position. The managers are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate themselves to helping you if needed.

Cons

It's hard to write cons because I genuinely enjoy working here. Management is easily reachable and supportive. Overall a great place to work.
