great company to work at; recent layoffs were shocking

- company has great benefits in terms of pto and sick leave flexibility and insurance - great people to work with; super friendly and helpful - not a lot of room for growth

Cons

- low pay - always felt like company was stable, but recent layoffs was shocking (people were cut out of the system before they even got the news that they were fired which was disappointing to hear in how the company usually operates)
