Supportive leadership, work/life balance, pay is fair, Diversity/Equity is a valued and prioritized, benefits, opportunities for growth...it's honestly the best company I've ever worked for. I hope to have a long career at CA!

Cons

I wish we had the Google Suite (gmail, Google drive) instead of Microsoft! That's about the only thing I can think of...it's a great place to work!
