Fantastic Mission Driven Curriculum Company

Pros

Strong leadership and values. Meaningful work, and major investments into Product and Development. A company that really does make every effort to take care of us, because we set the bar high for ourselves. Making every effort to put DEIB work front and center in a very challenging political climate.

Cons

Hectic periods during Back to School especially. Lots of travel, and an inconsistent schedule. Level of services we provide is exceptional. A hard bar to meet when travel and responsibilities are so spread out.

Not so much opportunity to learn an expand the knowledge. May get bored from daily work depend on which team you are working for.

Pros

-Supportive management (they actually listen, respond, and FIX systems that aren't efficient). -You're surrounded by the best of the best (there's a reason they hire less than 2% of applicants, you have to have the experience to get the job) -Flexible working environment

Cons

-Lots of travel if you have family/commitments that won't allow you to be gone 3-4 days of the week during busy seasons (back to school time)
