      Many companies say they value people, but CA really does that!! (1) pays well (2) great work life balance - company really cares about employee experience (3) amazing culture - senior management puts good team culture as their first priority (4) great diversity & inclusion

      Mission-driven work with a team of incredibly talented, passionate co-workers and leadership. Some of the most thoughtful peers I've ever worked with and leaders who genuinely want their teams to succeed and grow.

      Cons

      As the company grows rapidly, there can be growing pains as new processes and workflows get sorted out.
