      Pros

      Everyone who works here is really committed to helping students and teachers, and so if you want to work alongside people who really do value their work, this is a good place. The ability to work remotely is also amazing for work-life balance, and I appreciate not needing to spend time commuting that I could spend on other things.

      Cons

      It can take a while to move upwards in your career here, position-wise; it does definitely happen, but it can be several years, so you have to be comfortable with knowing that.
