      Outstanding management who provide clear direction and support. They keep us ahead of the curve by embracing new technology and tools, fostering innovation and efficiency. Recognition and rewards are plentiful, motivating us to excel. The positive environment encourages collaboration and growth, making it a fantastic place to work!

      While the fast-paced nature of the work keeps things exciting, it can also be challenging to keep up at times. Additionally, working alongside such talented coworkers can occasionally create a sense of pressure

      Pros

      I love my job and the people I work with. This is a company that really cares about its employees, as well as the students and teachers we serve. People don't get stuck in ruts here, and there are no egos to deal with, at least in my experience. It's an innovative, kind, collaborative group of out-of-the box thinkers who truly care about making the best products possible.

      Cons

      There aren't many down sides. The only thing that comes to mind is that there are sometimes very tight deadlines, but I think that's the case throughout the industry.
