      Pros

      Smart and caring colleagues, leadership seems to really care about employee well-being, meaningful and impactful mission, flexible work locations, good benefits

      Cons

      CA is growing quickly and there have been some growing pains. Seems like new hires are taking longer to get up to speed, not sure if that's an onboarding issue or something else.

      Pros

      CA has a strong culture of collaboration and an entrepreneurial spirit - while we're continuing to grow, there's a very roll-up-your-sleeves mentality at all levels of the company. There are many growth opportunities, and I've experienced terrific support throughout my tenure here as I've grown and expanded my role.
