Truly understands work/ life balance and supporting employees to have both I have been with CA for 10yrs and they have given me the opportunity to grow both my professional learning and personal growth on the job to help me to know how to continue in my role and grow in my responsibilities. I have loved working at CA over the past 10 years. I have learned so much from everyone that I have interacted with and their passion for the job. I would recommend this company and this role to anyone who is looking to move forward in their career.
Cons
Being a remote employee is not easy. It is hard to stay connected to the larger company when you are remote but you make those connections when you can to stay connected and continue to strive.
