Pros

The people are fantastic and creative. The management genuinely cares about the well being of the employees. They allow for remote work and the salaries are extremely competitive. They have handled (and continue to handle) growth exceptionally well.

Cons

None. I've worked in many different companies but my last 7 years here has far exceeded my expectations.

Our CEO walks the talk through honest/transparent and thoughtful leadership based in ethics + efficacy; the result of his direction is an environment where folks always approach their work with the mindset of putting the needs of the students and educators above all else.
