      Pros

      Working with management which views employees as competent professionals. Coworkers and managers are highly supportive. Cross-team communication happens casually and organically. Perfect work-life balance. In short, everyone from top to bottom treats each other with respect.

      Cons

      Not many. You could likely get higher base pay at another company, but the benefits and quality of life more than make up for just-slightly-below-median salary.

      Pros

      Never met anyone at the company who wasn't kind, genuine, and cared about their work. It's hard to build up a large company where that is the norm. Everyone is easy to talk to and work with.

      Cons

      Not enough work or opportunity for growth for those looking to build out a career and take on leadership roles. This can be a bonus for more family-focused employees who are happy with where they are at but can be frustrating for those looking for the next big project or challenge.
