      Great work-life balance and starting point for career

      Pros

      Work is very flexible and you're mostly independent while working but there can be quite a bit of meetings on some days. The culture is great and everyone is friendly and helpful. Leadership is very transparent about what goes on.

      Cons

      Transitioning roles can be difficult and depend largely and what's available at the time. The compensation is not the highest.
