Curriculum Associates creates amazing products that support diverse ways and types of learning and you can feel the excitement on the team. We work regularly with team members from across the country, and feel very connected by the culture and values. At the same time, the company is very professional and supportive, providing the best range of benefits I've experienced in my career. I especially enjoy working remotely and the opportunities that includes, being able to remain in my home and not have to move.

Until you've worked other places, you might not know how important it is to feel valued. Curriculum Associates allows me to feel valued, and thank others for the value they add to their jobs. I get to thank teachers every day for the hard work they do with students. Also, we are encouraged to continue to grow in our own learning! The benefits package is amazing, but not the best part of the job. The best part of my job is how I get to help others. But, we are encouraged to remember how important a work-life balance is. Not just told that it's important, we are ACTIVELY encouraged to remember it, and make time for our lives outside of work.
