Company culture, opportunities for growth, and the clear mission and values that are present day to day. Management is extremely supportive, knowledgeable and collaborative.

Cons

I miss seeing my colleagues and look forward to being in an office so that we can communicate and collaborate in person.

We’re sorry your employee experience did not meet your expectations. As part of team development this year, we changed how the Finance function is structured to increase an operational investment in people, process, and technology. We eased the demand on day-to-day teams by adding new team members and ERP Leads per area. We welcomed an Accounts Receivable manager and look forward to benefiting from her direction and guidance. And we’re committed to continued investments in coaching and leadership. As part of this commitment, we’ve added management training and daily scrums to work swiftly, efficiently, and cross-collaboratively with other departments such as Operations and Sales.
