      Pros

      It is evident that this company cares about students, teachers, and employees. I have many working years left and I hope to spend them ALL with Curriculum Associates.

      Cons

      Due to the technology infrastructure, some of us are forced into using PCs, and I HATE PCs. I had a Mac for a short time, but due to limitations with SalesForce, I was forced into a PC. This company would get 6 out 5 starts on Glassdoor from me if I could have a Mac again. (I know this is petty, but that is how great this company is...I had to dig deep to find a con)

      It's all about the culture

      Pros

      When I was first learning about Curriculum Associates (CA) from a friend who has worked here for 9 years, he was telling me more about the company's culture than the sales role I'd be applying for. As it turns out, everyone that I spoke with prior to being hired had similar things to say about the culture here and it was all true. CA really cares about their employees!

      Cons

      I have not come across anything that would have me writing any cons for CA. We are working on bettering the Diversity and Inclusion here on a regular basis and it already shows in our products.
