Pros

Great company where you are actually appreciated for your work and making a positive difference in education for kids. The pay, benefits, work environment, culture and work-life balance is really amazing. The CEO is a great leader who actually cares for all his employess and appreciates their work. His door is always open for everyone with any suggestions for improving the company and it's culture. Everyone working in the company are very friendly and is always open to help each other out to get the work done on time and improving our products/services.

Cons

Some of the product teams have fewer resources compared to the work load/project goal

Thanks for reviewing your employee experience at CA! We’re thrilled to learn you’re benefitting from our compensation and benefits package, as well as our work-life balance opportunities. We take our leader and CEO, Rob Waldron’s example to heart, and put our employees first. After all, without employees like you, we couldn’t serve students and teachers nationwide to the best of our ability. As you note, the work in making classrooms better places is never done. We’re welcoming new talented members to our team all the time in hopes of further supporting our mission. We appreciate all the energy you give to this mission year-round. - Shrina

At CA people care about people. Great work is rewarded and acknowledged. Working here allows yo to truly feel valued and respected at work.

Cons

CA keeps you busy. The work never slows down to a stop but you get what you need to stay sharp and keep going. PTO helps too.

Here at CA, we aim to help our employees feel just this: valued and appreciated. We do this by offering a competitive compensation and benefits package, opportunities for work-life balance and flexible schedules, and providing several opportunities for professional growth. As you note, the work in making classrooms better places nationwide has no end. As we grow our team, we’ll continue working hard to support new talent alongside great employees like you. Thank you for all you’re contributing to CA and our mission. - Shrina
