Given the nature of our work, we recognize that back to school season can be tough. We appreciate your hard work to ensure our educators get the training they need. We hope that our flexible work environment allows you to focus on the different parts of your life when you need to. We’re always interested in hearing from our employees! While the cadence of check-ins may vary from role to role, we encourage managers to connect with their team members on a regular basis.
