      Great culture, makes working more interesting. Helps you grow in your career. Seniors, higher management is easily reachable. You can connect to anyone. No cabin culture. Your existence is valued.

      - actual (!!!) work-life balance - great culture - good benefits - competitive pay - engaged and enthusiastic team - company is growing!!

      Cons

      - company has grown rapidly, so there are some pains associated with that growth; but the management team is working hard to scale the operations
