      Pay is amazing Benefits are out of this world- everything is covered

      Cons

      I was so stressed in my last two years my hair was literally falling out- there is a lot of pressure to be perfect and not a lot of direction on how to improve. Its like a family that needs therapy.

      Engineering Culture has Issues

      - Most people are quite friendly - Solid work/life balance

      Cons

      - There's a lack of trust between management/pm's and engineers as well as across teams - SAFE/waterfall org - Teams are not cross-functional or autonomous. It can take months to get something done due to process/sign-offs.
