Very good company with a positive and collaborative work culture Supportive colleagues, both in India and the US teams Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with the US team, which is very helpful and encouraging Good learning opportunities as the company grows

Pros

Good benefits package. Good learning opportunities. Colleagues were supportive and collaborative.

Cons

Significant decline in company culture over the past year. Multiple rounds of restructuring and layoffs created instability. Poor management decisions negatively impacted team morale. Many experienced and respected employees left. Current work environment feels unstable and stressful. Leadership lacks clear direction during transitions. While I genuinely enjoyed working here initially, the workplace changed dramatically. The company culture that once attracted me no longer exists. If you can, I'd recommend speaking with current employees to get an accurate picture of the work environment — there may be pressure to present a positive image in Glassdoor reviews.
