Pros

I feel valued as an employee and respected. Some people are absolute pleasures to work with and genuinely want to make a difference in education.

Cons

Atmosphere is ultra competitive and catty. Be willing to put up with gossip and entitled people who think they know everything.

Pros

Great benefits, strong leadership, growing company, career potential across all departments. The senior leadership is well respected across the industry and their value is shown with increased sales in a tough economic environment.

Cons

None and if there were any I would express them. A company motto, "say it like it is".... A complaint cannot be addressed unless it is voiced.

Pros

I enjoyed working at Curriculum Associates and appreciated its commitment to educators. The company cares deeply for its employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, and frequent product releases that incorporate customer feedback very effectively. Their service model is outstanding and unmatched by anyone in the business.

Cons

Company is slow to adopt internal systems and platforms that help advance the business, such as Salesforce integration with other systems like finance, sales enablement platforms, business analytics like PowerBI, and more. There are annual layoffs/reorgs which are painful. Certain spending practices seemed questionable but this has likely been reigned in ahead of 2026.
