I feel supported by my manager and upper leadership. I consistently have opportunities afforded to me to learn new skills.
Cons
As with most organizations, clear and consistent communication can always be enhanced… not that leaders at CA lack communicating with employees - but, at differing levels from various managers, not all employees get the same clarity.
