      Pros

      The work we do impacts students across the country. We focus on doing what is right for teachers and students. As a former educator, I love that our focus is on them and not us. CA makes it so easy to support a work/life balance. I have a space where the work I do matters and have a great team to collaborate with daily.

      Cons

      Since we are always improving, there is a lot to keep on top of; however we have strong Learning and Development team that assures we have what we need as well as internal resources.
