Pros

- i-Ready is an EXCELLENT product and it's not hard to promote it to educators. - Excellent benefits, the best health insurance I've ever had - Nice time off, including between Christmas and New Years

Cons

I used to love working here. I felt valued and important to CA's crucial mission to support educators and students. Now, I just feel like another cog in the machine. The leadership they've elevated is focused more on people who will drive metrics rather than cultivate talent and support educators effectively. They're hiring more and more non-teachers and drilling down on us to squeeze every penny from our expenses and every penny from schools to repay our investors. Until about a year ago I was begging people to come work with me at CA. Now, I'd tell them to stay where they are. My work goes entirely unnoticed, which never used to be the case.
