      Pros

      CA is a company that puts people first. Coming from the education field, it is a breath of fresh air to work for a company that prioritizes work-life balance and the health and well-being of their teams. They truly hire the best people!!

      Cons

      Some of the systems/processes we use are outdated and could use a refresh. However, it's something they are actively working on!

      Some of the most dedicated, passionate coworkers I’ve ever had. Leaders go out of their way to be approachable.

      Some people can have different experiences based on who their manager/team is. Career progression is murky.
