Pros
This has by far been the best company I've ever worked at. The people, benefits, unlimited PTO and work-life balance are amazing. -Health benefits are top tier with 100% paid company insurance, meaning no having to meet astronomical deductibles and only paying a co-pay! This is very hard to find and is a huge help! -Unlimited PTO -Yearly bonuses/raises -Transparency from leadership -Remote work available -Great people who are awesome to work with
Cons
The main con is that many people (in my department, and I believe the rest of the company) feel that there isn't room for growth. I don't think that's on purpose. That's just how the company was structured. However, we have all made it known that this is an issue, and I believe it's telling that so many people want to grow in this company, me included. That said, leadership has taken this concern to heart and are in the process of creating ladders to growth, so hopefully we'll start to see some promotions and changing of roles for people!
