We are glad to hear you appreciated the benefits we offer in terms of bonuses within your Sales Colleague role. In our retail stores we do have targets to achieve, but our focus is on the customer. By offering the right product ranges and services for their needs, we are making our customers happy and achieving store performance targets. We also encourage colleagues to have an open and honest conversation with their line manager or HR about any concerns etc. But for times when its not easy to have a particular conversation with your line manager we provide all colleagues with access to our confidential colleague helpline.
