Opportunities to innovate and contribute abound. Career progression is manifest. I've had 17 different roles in 11 years, some of which have run alongside each other. You can carve your own path and there's plenty of support available to develop and grow.

Cons

Geography can be a challenge as in your location compared to the site you wish to work at but this is true of lots of companies.

Customer interactions were nice and as someone who liked and knew about tech, sales numbers weren’t too stressful.

Cons

Way too much warehouse work because they’re too cheap to hire enough dedicated warehouse workers, so you end up doing much more labour than you want. They lie or hide the truth about when you get your benefits. Instantly turned to 2 weeks turned to 5 weeks turned to 3 months and I had heard of people never getting them.
