      Pros

      It's a fun role where you get to travel to different stores across the region and meet new faces. I am enjoying having the ability to manage my own tasks and time, and complete the range changes to a high quality and standard. It's a fantastic change of pace from working as a sales colleague in store, and it feels like management really do focus on encouraging and supporting the team instead of micromanaging us, making for a fun work environment.

      Cons

      The travel distance between stores is a quite lengthy so it's definitely something you have to get used to, but this is paid very well.
