      They focus on employee wellbeing. Great opportunities to progress. Everybody is friendly and are willing to help. Management are very good and understanding. Good employee discounts with local businesses. Summer and Christmas/New Year party are brilliant as well. Good flexible working policy. Always feel party of a team, especially in the business unit I work in, I always feel like I belong more to a family than a team of people I work with.

      Cons

      There are no cons about working for this company. I love working for them and I have no intention of leaving any time soon.
