      Pros

      My particular team was pretty good, we were close-knit and had good morale. The benefits are excellent, pay was competitive. I had a lot of autonomy and flexibility in my role which made for a great work/life balance and that was fantastic.

      Cons

      Some sites have some serious cultural issues. Limited career growth unless you're tagged as a high-potential.
