      HR is good Pay is decent Laid back job with some old timers Early dismissal on holiday weekends Snack bar & drinks

      Cons

      My role was more of a administrative job rather than a quality engineer job. It was easy, but I left feeling as if my skills were not being used properly. Its more of a job for someone who doesnt mind reading paperwork all day and working approx 90% from your desk. I am grateful that they gave me a shot, but the job was not for me.

      By and large the lower level work force, both in the shop and in the office want to do the right thing but are handcuffed by management.

      See previous comment, and in addition they do not appreciate hard work and loyalty.
