Overall great team work efforts great team building activities. Training , aren’t afraid to send you out for training ! Management is friendly and willing to help out on shipments when needed. Overtime always available

Cons

Drama and toxic unnecessary arguments from Toxic Fellow co workers Pay can be lower than expected. Locked out of moving up without a degree it seemed.

There is nothing to do most of the time Management is lost Management hides behind their desk and HR when questioned Nepotism, hiring engineers with no experience simply because they are related to the higher ups. Clueless HR reps I dont like to throw this around, but a toxic environment with contractors.

Overall benefits package is good; medical could be better. Strong performing stock from the ESPP. International company so plenty of relocation and travel opportunities.

Cons

Not enough resources to do your job well. Everyone and thing is a shared resource with not enough to go around. This usually leads to a lot of long hours to get work done.
