Pros

Flexible hours. Nice coworkers. The new president, Scott Wilson, is great and making big strides to move company forward

Cons

Terrible pay and benefits. Very poor project management and many unrealistic timelines, resulting in "over promise under deliver" situations.

Pretty good for a regional firm.

Pros

One of the biggest upsides was a flexible schedule approach which really helped with the work-life balance. There is also a fair amount of autonomy, but one must be a self-starter.

Cons

The design aesthetic is ok, depending on the office. The heavy client focus at times makes you as an architect feel more like a hired draftsman than a designer to add value. The compensation is a little bit on the lower end of the average.
